重庆德运机械制造有限公司前身为重庆市高新区东渝模具厂,于2004年底顺利通过IS09001:2000质量体系认证。
公司现拥有固定资产近捌佰伍拾万元，厂房及配套设施3000多平方米,职工168人。
公司集聚了大量从事模具机械制造行业的专业优秀人才。其中高级工程师四名，高级技工五名。公司目前拥有本科以上学历技术管理人员八名，专科以上学历技术管理人员22名，中专学历人员数十名。
公司特地从宁波、上海聘请的高级技工数名，分别负责本公司的各个主要部门，他们严格控制各种工艺生产流程，为客户提供满意的产品和完善的售后服务。
本公司热情为用户提各类模具的设计制造（压铸模、冲压模、浇铸模、注塑模），本公司客户中有格力、美的、长安、宗申等。本厂以严格的制造工艺、完美的售后服务，深得客户满意和信任。
目前公司在迅速发展中不断扩展业务范围，在不断提高模具制造能力的基础上，向压铸件、铸造件、冲压件的方向发展，其中一些产品已形成大批量生产的能力。
我公司现有先进的机械加工设备几十台（套），其中包括三台数控加工中心，十五台数控车床，七台线切割机床，四台电火花机床及穿孔机、电子抛光机、电子探测仪、行车、渗氮淬火炉等设备，可制作各类大小精密模具，长期采用进口SW8407、SKD61、GS550、GSP-V15、P20、瑞典2738、708等优质模具材料制作模具，并向客户提供材质报告和探伤报告，淬火均采用现代的真空淬火工艺。
我公司的业务已发展到全国各地及东南亚地区，为了更好地服务客户，急客户所需，目前我公司在上海、湖北、贵州、成都等地都设有办事处，解除客户的后顾之优。

Chongqing Deyun Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd’s former is the Chongqing Hi-Tech Development Zone Dong Yu Mould Factory. In 2004, the company has passed the ISO9001: 2000 quality system certificate.
The company has 8,500,000 RMB registered capital，more than 3,000 square meters of factory and facilities and 168 staff.

At present, our company is developing quickly. So we are expanding our operation, and on the basis of enhancing the ability of mould manufacturing, we are developing towards the way of die-casting products, casting products, punch products. And many products have been manufactured large-scale.

The company has scores of advanced machine-processing equipments, including 3 numerical control processing center, 2 numerical control lathes, 7 line-cut lathes, 3 electric-spark lathes, card punch, electronic polishing machines, electronic detector, travelling crane, etc. So we can manufacture all sizes of moulds. The company has a set of strict materials providing and managing system. We exports a lot of high-quality mould materials such as SW8407, SKD61, GS550, GSP-V15, P20, and Sweden 2738, 708. And we also provide customers with the reports of the quality of materials and wound. Vacuum quench crafts are used in all quenching.

At present, our operation has expands to all around the country and Southeast Asia. In order to serve for our customers better and meet customers’ needs. We have opened many offices in many cities such as Chengdu, Hubei, Guizhou, Fujian, and Shanghai to solve customers’ problems.
